You can buy from us online 24/7 or call us on 01903 756565 and our friendly staff will be happy to take your order over the phone.
If we send you something you ordered but subsequently do not want, you can return it within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). It is your responsibility to return the goods and to pay any carriage associated with their return. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in original packaging. Until we receive the goods you are returning they are your responsibility and refund will only be given when we recieve them back. For your protection and peace of mind, you may wish to use a recorded delivery service to return the item(s) however a signed delivery to us is not necessary as we will accept a proof of posting certificate (free from the post office) as proof that you sent the goods. If an exchange is arranged, you bear the cost of re-shipping the new product(s). We will levy a restocking charge of 10 % of the item sale price and a service charge of £5.99
Goods damaged in transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit do not accept it from the courier and ask them to return it to us as 'damaged in transit'. Never sign for a consignment with damaged packaging as "unchecked" always state "damaged packaging" If you do accept it and the damage is to a replaceable part we will send you a replacement part and may or may not ask you to return the faulty part.
Damaged or defective goods accepted from the courier as undamaged
Firstly, take a photograph of your damaged item as soon as you open it. Then contact us by e-mail or telephone to agree what to do. If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and we will pay the return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
