For UK deliveries we add £5.99 postage and packing (any quantity.... so order as many items as you like!) plus extra carriage of £5 on items denoted by the delivery lorry sign.
Extra Delivery Costs?
- Difficult Postcodes. There are some parts of UK that are more difficult to deliver to than others. If your post code is included in the list of difficult post codes (Scottish Highlands, offshore islands and Northern Ireland) we will have to add an extra £4 to the standard delivery costs.
- Overseas deliveries.
We will add UK postage charge to your order but there may be more to pay. Please place your order and we will contact you to agree delivery price. Your order will not be accepted until we have agreed a delivery price.
Our products are largely manufactured by hand and any minor irregularities further enhance the hand-crafted uniqueness. Please treat our colour codes as approximate, as colours on different computers vary. Also weights and dimensions may vary. Due to nature of wood and use of garden furniture we are unable to extend the warranty beyond 28 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The 'credit' cards we accept are as below. You can rest assured the site is secure using Thawte SSL security system. At check out you can see the Thawte SSL certificate as proof of secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.
RETURNS POLICY
Goods Not Wanted
If we sent you something you ordered but subsequently do not want you can return it within 7 days of receipt of the goods in its original packaging (as long as it is unopened). It is your responsibility to return the goods and to pay any carriage associated with their return. Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in original packaging. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things. Returns are to be by cheapest possible method. A signed delivery to us is not necessary as we will accept your proof of posting as proof that you sent the goods. If an exchange is arranged, you bear the cost of re-shipping the new product(s)
We will levy a charge of 10 % of the item sale price to cover restocking charge.
Goods Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit do not accept it from the courier but do ask the courier to return it to us. If you do accept it then if the damage is a replaceable part we will send you a replacement part and ask you to return or destroy the faulty part.
Damaged or Defective Goods Accepted from the Courier as Undamaged
First contact us by e-mail or telephone to agree what to do.
If a faulty item is delivered or it is not the item ordered, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory a full refund will be offered. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and we will pay the return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumers.
